Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Custom or personalized products.
Clearance or discounted items.
Items purchased more than 7 days ago.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
In cases where the product was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
