After you have paid
Send us the UTR or transaction reference along with your invoice or order number. A screenshot on WhatsApp is fine and is the quickest way — it lets us match the payment the same day and release the goods or start the work without waiting for the statement.

Paying from outside India
We ship labels, ribbons, print heads and printers worldwide and we run remote support sessions over AnyDesk and video call for customers in any country. An overseas transfer needs the SWIFT and correspondent bank details, which we send with the invoice rather than publish — ask for them when you place the order and we will confirm the beneficiary details on a call before you send anything.
GST
Prices on this site are before GST unless a page says otherwise, and GST is charged at the applicable rate on the invoice. Give us your GSTIN with the order and it goes on the invoice, so you can claim the input credit.
