Every other printer on this site is somebody else's product that we sell and service. This one is ours. Mynds bill printers, label printers and Bluetooth handhelds are assembled in India, sold direct without an importer in the middle, and repaired on our own bench — which is why they cost about half what the imported equivalent does and why a fault is fixed in days rather than weeks.
About half the price of the imported equivalent
The same job, done by a printer assembled here rather than shipped in finished. There is no importer's margin and no freight in the price, and that is the entire reason for the difference — not a cheaper printhead.
ESC/POS compatible — a drop-in replacement
Speaks the same command language as the Epson TM-T82 and the rest of the ESC/POS world. Your billing software does not need changing, reconfiguring or relicensing: unplug the old printer, plug this one in, carry on billing.
Assembled in India, for India
Built for Indian conditions and Indian billing — multilingual character sets including Devanagari, tolerant of the paper quality actually sold here, and running on the voltage that actually arrives at the socket.
Repaired here, not returned overseas
It is our brand, so it is our problem. Spares are on our own shelf and repairs happen on our own bench — no RMA to a principal, no six-week wait, no being told the fault is not covered by somebody who has never seen the machine.
The paper and labels come from us too
Thermal rolls, label stock and Mynds ribbons all converted at our own plant and tested on these printers before they ship. One supplier for the machine and everything it eats.

Four variants of the same 80 mm receipt printer, differing in how they connect. Mynds 79A — 3 inch, USB and serial
Mynds 79A
Adds an RS-232 serial port. Buy this one when the printer has to hang off an existing POS terminal, a weighing scale, or a piece of billing hardware old enough that serial is the only port it offers — which describes a great many working Indian counters and is not a reason to replace them.

Mynds 79B
Ethernet, so more than one billing station can print to it and so it can sit where the receipt is needed rather than where the computer is. This is the kitchen order ticket printer in a restaurant — the till is at the front, the printer is at the pass, and one cable joins them.

The full-connectivity variant: prints from a phone or tablet over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi as well as over cable. This is the one for mobile billing on a shop floor, for a delivery counter with no room for a PC, and for restaurants running the whole till on an Android tablet — which is now most new ones.

Common questions
Will a Mynds bill printer work with my existing billing software?
Yes. Mynds bill printers are ESC/POS compatible, which is the command language virtually every thermal receipt printer understands, so they drop into software written for an Epson TM-T82 without any change. That covers Marg, Busy, Tally, Vyapar, GoFrugal, Petpooja and effectively every Indian billing package. Ask for a demo unit and test it against your own software before committing to a rollout.
What is the difference between the Mynds 79, 79A, 79B and 79C?
They are the same 80 mm printer and differ in how they connect. The 79 is USB. The 79A adds RS-232 serial for older POS terminals. The 79B adds Ethernet so several billing stations can share it — the usual choice for a restaurant kitchen ticket printer. The 79C adds Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for billing from a phone or tablet.
Why are Mynds printers cheaper than the imported equivalent?
