The head is the wear part on every one of these machines, and the one thing that will stop it printing. We hold them in 203, 300 and 600 dpi and fit them here, so buying the printer from us means the part that fails is already on a shelf in Delhi.

Godex is the printer people buy when they have priced a TSC or a Zebra and want the same duty cycle for less. We import the range into New Delhi, hold the heads and the spares, and repair them here — the whole reason a Godex stays cheap is that it does not sit waiting for a part.

Labels cut for your Godex

Direct thermal and thermal transfer stock cut to your size and core, in paper, polyester and synthetic. Bring a sample of what you run now and we will match it — or improve it, if the one you are on is chewing the head.

Ribbons matched to the machine

Wax, wax-resin and resin, cut to the core and width a Godex takes. A matched ribbon prints at a lower darkness setting, and a lower darkness setting is a longer print head life — which on a Godex is the running cost that matters.

Most barcode printer faults are settings, not hardware, and settings can be fixed down a wire. We take over the machine with AnyDesk, or walk you through it on a video call, and in most cases the printer is printing again before the call ends. India or overseas — a printer in Dubai, Lagos or Colombo is the same job as one in Dwarka.

We also ship labels and ribbons worldwide, cut to your size, core and width — which is the other half of what we do all day.

And if your system can only send a file, we make PRN files to order — your label written in the language the printer itself reads, for TSC, Zebra, Godex, Citizen, SATO, Toshiba and more. A paid job, quoted before we start.
