Not every job justifies buying a printer. Send us the data and the specification and we will produce the labels for you — a one-off export consignment, a seasonal peak your own printers cannot absorb, or a standing monthly run.
- Pre-printed barcode labels — serialised or fixed, on paper or synthetic stock, in any size we can cut, with the barcode grade-checked before despatch.
- Variable-data printing — send a spreadsheet or a database extract and we print the run from it: serial numbers, batch and expiry data, SKUs, addresses, QR codes.
- RFID encoding and verification — tags written to your buyer's numbering scheme, read back individually and supplied with a verified count.
- Care and washcare labels — printed on our own taffeta and satin with washcare ribbon, cut and folded ready for the sewing line.
- On your material or ours — we will print on stock you supply if you have already bought it, or supply the material as part of the job.
Send the artwork, the data file and the quantity, and you will get a price and a lead time back. Small runs are welcome — a first export order is exactly the situation job work exists for.
How a job runs
Send three things: the artwork, the data file and the quantity. You get a price and a lead time back. If the specification is unusual we will tell you what we need before quoting rather than after.
Data can arrive as a spreadsheet, a CSV or a database extract — serial numbers, batch and expiry data, SKUs, addresses, QR codes, whatever the run needs. We print from the file you send, so the numbers on the labels are the numbers in your system.
What we produce
- Pre-printed barcode labels — serialised or fixed, on paper or synthetic stock, in any size we can cut, with the barcode grade-checked before despatch so it will scan at the far end.
- Variable-data runs — every label different, printed from your data file.
- RFID encoding and verification — tags written to your buyer’s numbering scheme, read back individually, supplied with a verified count.
- Care and washcare labels — printed on our own taffeta and satin with washcare ribbon, cut and folded ready for the sewing line.
- Asset and equipment tags — premium resin on synthetic stock, for labels that have to last years rather than weeks.
On your material or ours
If you have already bought the label stock, send it and we will print on it. If not, we supply the material as part of the job — and because we manufacture ribbons and convert taffeta and label stock ourselves, that is usually the cheaper route as well as the simpler one.
Small runs welcome
There is no minimum that makes a first export order impossible. Small runs are exactly what job work exists for, and a customer who starts with a single consignment is often running a standing monthly order within a year — at which point we will tell you when it is time to buy your own printer, and sell you one.
